Flight Confirmation Letter Obtaining a Firefly Travel Confirmation letter for your insurance claims is now quicker and easier with Self-Service Support. Please note the following: The Confirmation letter can only be generated after completing your flight, based on the actual date and time. Travel Confirmation letter is applicable only to Firefly flights (both international and domestic). It does not apply to codeshare or oneworld member airlines. The Self-Service Portal will generate a Travel Confirmation letter for flights taken within the past 6 months. Please refer to your E-ticket or flight ticket for the necessary trip details.
