These Terms and Conditions form the basis of Enrich Travel & Lifestyle Programme. They are intended to protect both Member and the Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand them thoroughly. These Terms and Conditions are effective as at the date specified above and may be amended by Malaysia Airlines from time to time. The current Terms and Conditions are available on this website. Every Member is bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrich Member shall earn Enrich Points on Firefly flights based on the eligible base fare paid and carrier-related charges. 2. Carrier-imposed surcharges, including Fuel Surcharge (YQ) and Administration Charge (YR), where applicable, qualify for Enrich Points. Other carrier-related charges are also eligible. 3. Government and airport-imposed taxes and fees are charged by the respective authorities and collected by the airline on their behalf. These amounts are excluded from Enrich Points accrual and do not qualify for Enrich Points. 4. Accrual on Firefly flights does not apply on discount vouchers, or any online promotional codes used as partial payment. Enrich Member shall not earn Enrich Points on the discounted portion of the fare. 5. Enrich Points accrual applies to pure Firefly flights, Firefly marketed/Malaysia Airlines operated flights (FY4000/FY7000 flight series), and Malaysia Airlines marketed/Firefly operated flights (MH4000/MH5000 flight series). 6. Effective 01 January 2026, the Enrich Points earned shall be calculated based on the Enrich Member’s Elite Tier status and the amount spent on the ticket (base fare and carrier-related charges).

Note: The Enrich Points earning table above is effective 1 January 2026 7. For example, a Blue Member spending MYR100 (base fare and carrier-related charges) will earn 150 Enrich Points. 8. Base fare shall be calculated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. For tickets purchased in a currency other than MYR, the amount shall be converted to MYR using an internal exchange rate on the ticket issue date. The converted MYR amount shall determine the number of Enrich Points earned. 9. Enrich Member shall earn Enrich Points on Firefly flights purchased under Fare Brand Saver, Basic, and Flex. 10. The following booking classes are not eligible to earn Enrich Points:

11. Flights that are not eligible to earn Enrich Points shall not earn Elite Points. 12. Elite Points are calculated based on the Zone (flight sector distance in miles) and the Cabin class of travel (Business Suite, Business, or Economy) for eligible flights:

How to redeem for flights on Firefly, Enrich partner airlines: Step 1: Log in to Enrich Online to check the number of Enrich Points you have accumulated Step 2: Redeem your flight ticket through Online Services at https://enrich.fireflyz.com.my/

2. Redemption on Firefly shall be booked and ticketed at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to flight departure via Enrich Online at https://enrich.fireflyz.com.my . 3. Redemption on Firefly is valid only for full Enrich Points redemption. Enrich Points + Cash redemption is strictly not permitted. 4. Redemption is applicable only on pure Firefly flights. Codeshare flights are not eligible for redemption of Travel Award tickets on Firefly. 5. Redemption on Firefly shall not apply to connecting flights (e.g., Penang - Subang - Singapore). Each connecting flight must be redeemed separately. Only point-to-point redemptions are permitted (e.g. Penang - Subang - Penang and/or Subang - Singapore - Subang). 6. Stopovers and open jaw itineraries (tickets entering and exiting from different cities) are not permitted when redeeming a Travel Award ticket on Firefly. 7. A Travel Award ticket redeemed on Firefly shall be valid for six (6) months from the date of the first flight sector. 8. Extension of Travel Award ticket validity is strictly not allowed. 9. A change fee of USD20 or local equivalent shall apply for any change of date (fully or partly unutilized). 10. Rerouting is not permitted for fully unutilized or partly utilized Travel Award tickets on Firefly. 11. Enrich Points shall not be refunded for any flight cancellations involving Travel Award tickets issued on Firefly. The Enrich Member may contact Firefly for re-booking. 12. Travel Award tickets issued on Firefly shall not be changed to other Partner Airline flights. 13. A Travel Award ticket redeemed on Firefly is non-endorsable to another airline, non- reroutable, non-transferable and non-refundable. 14. Enrich Points redeemed and taxes paid for a Travel Award ticket are not refundable to the original account and may not be exchanged for a different Travel Award ticket. This applies regardless of whether the refund request is made before issuance of the Travel Award ticket, or whether the ticket is fully unused or partly used. 15. Travel Award tickets shall not earn Enrich Points or Elite Points. 16. Travel Award tickets issued on Firefly shall be subject to Firefly's Conditions of Carriage, copies of which may be obtained directly from Firefly. 17. Firefly shall be entitled to cancel or invalidate any redeemed Travel Award ticket if found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, Enrich Terms and Conditions, or any other applicable Firefly rules and regulations. 18. The utilization of Enrich Points and redemption of tickets shall be subject to standard reservations and ticketing rules and regulations, including but not limited to the General Conditions of Carriage, Firefly rules and regulations, and the Enrich Terms and Conditions. In the event of any discrepancy, the General Conditions of Carriage, Firefly rules and regulations, and Enrich Terms and Conditions shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency. 19. Enrich and Malaysia Airlines reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions associated with an Airline Partner Award on Firefly from time to time, including the Enrich Points required. 20. 1) Earning Elite Tier Status a. Elite Tier Status will be awarded to an Enrich Member who qualifies for such status under guidelines set by Enrich.

Elite Tier Qualification Requirements

Firefly / Malaysia Airlines (Marketed) + Firefly (Operated) Your Elite Points earned will be based on your travel destinations that falls into the respective Zones.

For example, a member traveling from Subang to Langkawi (Zone 1) on a Firefly operated flight shall be eligible to earn 1 Elite Point. b. Elite Points will only be credited to the Enrich Member's account after the flight has been completed. Elite Points are expected to be credited within 7 to 14 days on Firefly flights. c. The membership term of an Elite Tier Status is the year in which the Enrich Member qualifies plus the period between 1 January to 31 December of the following year. d. Elite Points are not accumulative. Once Enrich Member achieves an Elite Tier Status, they may re-qualify for such status, or a higher status, each year. Failure to re-qualify for Elite Tier Status each year will result in the Enrich Member being reclassified to the next lower Membership Tier.

2) Platinum Points a. Platinum Points are points that are earned by Enrich Platinum Enrich Members during their Platinum tier/membership. b. Platinum Points do not have an expiry date. c. Enrich Points earned only during Platinum tier status will not expire even if the Enrich Member is reclassified to a lower tier status. d. Once a Platinum Enrich member is reclassified to a lower tier eg. Enrich Gold, any new Enrich Points earned from Enrich Gold tier status onwards ares valid for three (03) years and will expire according to the respective months earned, in the third year.

Malaysia Airlines shall ensure that the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in the Enrich Enrolment Form (EEF) is consistent with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (‘PDPA’). 2. It is acknowledged that personal data collected and processed in this EEF is obtained voluntarily and with your consent. 3. Malaysia Airlines shall ensure that under no circumstances is the collected data, to be disclosed or sold or passed on to third-parties for any reason. 4. However, Malaysia Airlines may disclose the data collected for a purpose directly related to the purpose it was disclosed at the time of collection to a third party such as other Malaysia Airlines affiliates and subsidiaries or in circumstances specified in the Malaysia Airlines Personal Data Privacy Policy as published at Malaysia Airlines website. 5. Malaysia Airlines should not be held liable for any damage caused as a result of the collection, use, disclosure, loss, misuse, modification, unauthorised or accidental access, alteration or destruction of your personal data unless the actions of Malaysia Airline were deliberate or grossly negligent.
