The Contest & Contest Period
1) Live the High Life #LikeFireflies Contest (“Contest”) is organised by FlyFirefly Sdn Bhd (“FY”) and will run from 31 August 2016 till 7 October 2016 (“Contest Period”).
1. Any person who has fulfilled the criteria specified below is eligible to participate in this Contest (“Participants”):-
a) Malaysian, Singaporean, Thai and Indonesian citizens only (does not include Permanent Residents);
b) aged 18 years and above;
c) has a Facebook account which has been set to public;
d) Passengers who submits a valid Booking Confirmation Number code booked between 31 August 2016 till 4 September 2016(“Phase 1”), 12 September 2016 till 18 September 2016 (“Phase 2”) and 19 September 2016 till 25 September 2016 (“Phase 3”) on flights operated by Firefly.
2. The following person(s) shall not be eligible to participate in this Contest:
a) permanent, temporary and/or contract staff or employees of Firefly (including those within the Malaysia Airlines Group and related companies) and their immediate family members; and
b) representatives, business partners and/or agents (including advertising and promotion agents and their immediate family members) of Firefly.
1. Participants are to upload in Participant’s Facebook account status, any photos of the participating celebrities in this Contest together with a reason why FY should pick Participant as a Winner, Booking Confirmation Number and include the following hashtags:
2. Each Participant may only enter one answer tagged to one photo.
1. Firefly shall select one (1) winner (“Winner”) based on the most creative caption given.
2. The decision on the Winner shall be final and conclusive and no correspondence, appeal or enquiry will be entertained.
3. The Winner of Phase 1 will receive:
a) an invitation to be featured in Firefly’s Music Video; and
b) two (2) invitations to #LikeFireflies Music Video and Firefly’s new uniform launch
4. The Winner of Phase 2 will receive:
a) four (4) days three (3) nights stay with the celebrities; and
b) two (2) return tickets on to the holiday destination (“The Tickets”); and
c) two (2) invitations to #LikeFireflies Music Video and Firefly’s new uniform launch (collectively referred to as the “Prize”)
5. The Tickets excludes all surcharges, airport taxes, insurance, administrative fees and withholding tax and shall be subject to Firefly’s General Conditions of Carriage.
6. The Winner shall be responsible for arranging and bearing transportation costs to and from the Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Subang.
7. The Winner is fully responsible for any excess baggage charges incurred.
8. The Winner will be announced on 6 September 2016 for Phase 1, 30 September 2016 for Phase 2 and Phase 3 or such other date as decided by Firefly at its absolute discretion.
9. TheWinner will be notified by a direct message in Facebook.
10. The Prize cannot be exchanged or sold for cash, cannot be refunded and are non-transferable to any other person.
11. Firefly is entitled to replace the Prize with another prize of similar value at anytime without prior notice.

2. FY is entitled to replace The Prize with another product FY deems suitable at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice.
3. FY shall not be liable for any disruption during the Campaign Period, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control. In the event of any disruption, reasonable effort shall be used to remedy the disruption and resume the Campaign.
4. FY reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by FY of the Campaign shall not entitle any passenger to any claim or compensation against FY, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by such passenger as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
5. FY shall not be liable to the passengers or any third party, directly or indirectly, for any loss, injury, damage, death or any claim caused during the Contest and the Prize by the passengers or any minor children under the passengers’ custody, care, and control.
6. FY reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
7. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Campaign.

The passengers hereby irrevocably consent and authorize FY to process any of his/her information and to release the same to any related existing or future business partners or strategic alliance and/or any other third party as FY may in its absolute discretion deem necessary or expedient for the purpose of marketing and promotion of products and services. Passengers hereby acknowledge that FY may use his/her personal details and hereby consent to FY using his/her name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Campaign and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by FY unless otherwise advised by the passengers.
9. This Campaign is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
10. The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Passengers agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
