- This voucher is valid for RHB Cardholders’ flight redemption programme.
- Seats are subject to availability and all taxes and fees are to be borne by the passenger.
- Booking and traveling periods are as stipulated herewith and bookings must be made thirty (30) days prior to Travel Date.
- Bookings made less than thirty (30) days prior to Travel Date is strictly not allowed.
- No cancellations of confirmed bookings are permitted and all cancellations are non-refundable.
- No changes on confirmed bookings are permitted;
- All booking related enquiries must be done through Firefly Group Desk, contactable at +603 7840 3839 (8.30am - 5.30pm), or email fy_groups@malaysiaairlines.com; stating your name, IC/Passport number, contact number, voucher number and travel itinerary.
- Passengers are subjected to Firefly’s General Condition of Carriage which is available at Firefly website (http://www.fireflyz.com.my/flights/general-conditions-of-carriage).
- Firefly reserves the right to change, cancel, terminate, divert, postpone, reschedule or retime any flight where considered necessary.
- Firefly shall not be liable for any negligence or wrongful acts committed by RHB.
- This voucher is only valid for six (06) months from date of issue and is non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
- This voucher is NOT valid for children below 24 months old.
