Firefly Announces Great Deals in Conjunction With Expansion Programme
Subang, 30 Sep 2010 – Firefly, Your Community Airline, today announced in a press statement, great deals in conjunction with its expansion program commencing 31 October 2010.
These great deals are now open for sale with a booking period from 20 September to 17 October 2010 for the travel period from 31 October 2010 to 26 March 2011.
In conjunction with its added frequencies, Firefly is offering an all-in fare from Subang-Langkawi, Subang-Kota Bharu, Subang-Kuala Terengganu from as low as RM45 one way and also from Ipoh-Singapore and Subang-Singapore from RM75 one way.
All-in-fares from RM45 are also being offered from Penang-Kota Bharu, Penang-Kuala Terengganu and Penang-Kuantan to celebrate the reinstatement of its previous routes. Dato’ Eddy Leong, Managing Director of Firefly said, “In line with our planned expansion program, Firefly is indeed delighted to further increase services to some of our current destinations and we are also reinstating our previous routes between Penang-Kuantan, Penang-Kuala Terengganu and Penang-Kota Bharu. We envisage increased accessibility and convenient connectivity between the east and west coasts of Peninsula Malaysia and we are confident this will contribute positively towards boosting the local economy.
Eddy also said, “We are very grateful to the State Governments of Penang, Pahang, Kelantan and Terengganu for their support and co-operation and we are confident this will provide increased opportunities to market and promote the well established, international standard resorts and eco tourism attractions that these states have to offer.”
