Aircraft Support Technician

Aircraft Support Technician handles the below job duties:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Handling aircraft spare, ordering aircraft spare, follow up aircraft spare and collecting from EMD issue counter and keep at our transit store
  • Responsible for any aircraft spare serviceable or unserviceable return to EMD CPC room
  • Handling aircraft tooling and tool crib
  • Ensure tool calibration record up to date and send all tools for calibration to EMD Calibration Room
  • Ensure tools at tool crib in good condition, clean and also make sure housekeeping at tool crib
  • To carry out any other task as directed by the superior


  • SPM or equivalent
  • Working experience of at least 3 years, preferably in aviation industry
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a focus on safety and quality
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop good working relationships at various levels and to resolve any issue arises
  • Willing to work shift hours

Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Maintain the serviceability of aircraft operating into/out of SZB and all line stations in accordance with FIREFLY, DCA and other regulatory requirements and ensure smooth daily line operations and coordination of maintenance operational activities with MAS EMD and flight operations with OCFY.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be familiar, understand and update on company and department objectives, policies, procedures and instructions.
  • Carrying out the operating policies, procedures and instructions as issued from time to time.
  • Carrying out and certify transit handling, night stop, inspection, servicing, maintenance repair and rectification of FIREFLY aircraft.
  • Brief Duty Engineer Line Maintenance on the defect status on the aircraft and feedback to duty engineer on the progress of maintenance work on the aircraft.
  • Identify and pre load spares in advance of aircraft arrival and kept informed of the aircraft incoming defect.
  • Brief/debrief flight crew on aircraft defect.
  • Ensure apron is clean and kept clear of FOD and ground equipment before arrival and pre-departure of aircraft.
  • Raise delay report, accident and occurrence report when necessary.
  • Undertake supervision of staff assigned to the aircraft and ensure Technicians and Junior Technicians as assigned are sufficiently equipped with tools and staff are briefed on the work to be done on the aircraft.
  • Perform the duty of travelling engineer when so advised as well as travel to other station for station relief duty and/or to assist in rescuing disabled grounded aircraft.
  • Carry out any other tasks as directed by the superior.


  • Possess valid AMEL licence preferably with ATR72 rated.
  • Operational experience in a line maintenance environment will be an added advantage.

Marketing & Communications - Events & Marketing Executive

The Events & Marketing Executive is responsible to perform the below task by assisting and supporting the Marketing & Communications team to communicate and work closely with internal and external parties in arranging, organizing and managing company’s events. This position also involves conceptualizing strategies and marketing activities in helping the company to grow and achieve its objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
  • Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters;
  • Writing and proofreading copy;
  • Liaising with designers and printers;
  • Working with external parties in organising photo shoots;
  • Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials;
  • Organising and attending events such as launches, conferences, exhibitions, ground events and online and ground campaigns;
  • Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
  • Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;
  • Contributing to, and developing marketing plans and strategies;
  • Managing budgets;
  • Evaluating marketing campaigns;
  • Monitoring competitors’ activities; and
  • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing/ Business Studies
  • Flair for marketing, events, communications and media planning skills
  • Must be willing to travel and have own transport
  • Able to work shift, long hours, public holiday and weekends
  • Creative, self-motivated and is a team player, willing to progress and learn
  • To manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Must have good verbal and written language skills liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations


Flight Operations - Inflight Services Officer (Subang)

Inflight Services Officer shall be responsible

Job Responsibilities:

  • To present catering/ Service equipment’s in Inflight warehouse
  • To carry put loading/ offloading of service equipment’s from aircraft
  • To attend to aircraft during opening/ transit/ night stop
  • To prepare and uplift of Merchandise items onto aircraft.
  • To operate and drive the hi-lift machine to load items onto aircraft
  • To maintain cleanliness of the hi-lift machine
  • To clean the Inflight Services equipment
  • To perform store keeping and data-entry duties
  • To co-ordinate flight movement with Flight Operations Department
  • To monitor the quality control of F&B according to Food Safety rules and specifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in Inflight Services. Work experience in airline industry is a plus
  • Candidates with experience in the food and hospitality industry are encouraged to apply
  • Age: below 30 years old
  • Physically strong and healthy
  • Possess valid driving license and able to drive
  • Computer Literate
  • Initiative and result-oriented. Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Able to work on weekends, Public Holidays and shifts
  • Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply

Captain (ATR Rated)

  • Must hold a valid Malaysian ATPL license (inclusive of a valid medical certificate)
  • Must have at least 3,500 flying hours with 1,000 PIC hours
  • Experience in commercial airline is an added advantage
