IMPORTANT NOTICE: As a directive issued by the Thailand Airport Authority, Koh Samui International Airport has increased its Airport Tax from THB600 to THB700. The directive is for all passengers travelling on and after 1 Jun 2015 to Koh Samui.


In order to avoid inconvenience at the airport check-in counters, passengers have been asked to update their differential payment via Manage Booking or by calling 03-78454543.

Jump the queue and check-in online! It’s fast, easy-to-use and currently only available for Malaysian domestic and Singapore flights.

New! Code Share passengers can now check in for outgoing AND return flights separately as early as 24 hours to 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time. Firefly passengers can check in for outgoing AND return flights separately as early as 14 days to scheduled departure date and up to ONE hour before scheduled departure time.

All you need is a stable internet connection, access to a printer and A4 paper.

However, the web check-in service is not available to these passengers:

  • Guest(s) travelling with infant(s).
  • Guest(s) with reduced mobility and those with special assistance needs.
  • Bookings more than 9 passengers.
