Pay via Pos Malaysia

  1. Book your tickets via Firefly Call Centre at +603-7845 4543 between 8am to 9pm daily.
  2. Mention to Firefly Call Centre you would like to make payment at Pos Malaysia.
  3. We will provide you a booking reference and reserve your bookings for 48 hours.
  4. Visit any one of the Pos Malaysia’s branches within 48 hours.
  5. Ask for the Pos Akuan 39 form from the counter.
  6. Complete the Pos Akuan 39 form with the following information:
    • Your booking reference
    • One of the passenger's names
    • Passenger Mobile Number or Contact Number
    • Total amount of flight booking payable to Firefly
  7. Submit the completed Pos Akuan 39 form at payment counter.
  8. Pay in cash:
    • Firefly flight booking amount
    • Service charge of RM2.50 per transaction payable to Pos Malaysia
    • Pos Malaysia will give a copy of the Pos Akuan 39 form as receipt.
  1. Payment via Pos Malaysia is only available for bookings made via Firefly Call Centre.
  2. The booking must be made at least 5 days before the travel date.
  3. Payment must be made within 48 hours at Pos Malaysia's post offices or general post offices and not at Pos Malaysia dealers.
  4. A service charge of RM2.50 per transaction is payable to Pos Malaysia.
  5. Pos Malaysia will only accept cash payments.
  6. Firefly is not liable for any loss, damages and misgivings arising out or in connection with payment made by customers to Pos Malaysia or payment acceptance by Pos Malaysia in respect of Firefly's flight bookings.
Who will use this payment facility?
Customers who wish to make bookings via Firefly Call Centre and make payment by cash.
How can customers make cash payment after the booking?
Customers can make payment at all Pos Malaysia's post offices or general post offices except Pos Malaysia dealers.
How is the booking process done?
Customers can inform Firefly Call Centre that payment will be made in cash at Pos Malaysia during the booking process. Firefly Call Centre will put the booking on hold and provide the customers with a booking reference (e.g. A55TSA).

What are the terms and conditions of the booking?
The booking must be made at least 5 days before the travel date. Firefly will hold the booking for 48 hours only; customers can make cash-payment at the nearest Pos Malaysia within 48 hours. This payment method is only applicable for non-promotional fares.
What if customer did not make payment after 48 hours?
Firefly’s reservation system will automatically cancel the booking.
What if a customer still wants the booking after 48 hours?
A customer will need to make a fresh booking, charged at a different fare and subject to availability.
How does customer make payment at PMB?
A customer needs to complete the Pos Akuan 39 form with the following information:
  • Booking Reference (e.g. A55TSA)
  • Passenger Name
  • Passenger Mobile Number or Contact Number
  • Total Amount Payable to Firefly
Is there any charge for this service?
Yes, a service charge of RM2.50 per transaction is payable to Pos Malaysia.
Will the customer get a receipt after payment?
Yes, Pos Malaysia will return a copy of the Pos Akuan 39 form as receipt.
Will the customer get a booking confirmation from Firefly after the payment?
Yes, Firefly will send the customer the itinerary via email on the next day.
What if the customer has paid a different amount than the required payment?
If it is a short payment, Firefly will notify and advise the customer to make payment for the outstanding amount.
If it is an over-payment, Firefly will place the extra amount into a credit shell where the customer can use it for future bookings.
What if the customer wants to cancel the booking after making a payment?
All Firefly bookings are not cancellable nor refundable.
