Pay via Online Banking

Now you can make payment via Online Banking at the following banks:
  • Ambank
  • Bank Islam
  • Book your tickets via Firefly Call Centre at +603-7845 4543 between 8am to 9pm daily.
  • Mention to Firefly Call Centre you would like to make payment using Online Banking.
  • We will provide you your booking reference and reserve your bookings for 48 hours.
  • Go to the bank’s web site

  • Log in to the online banking service.
  • Go to the pay bill, select “FlyFirefly Sdn Bhd”.
  • Key in the following information:

    • PNR (Booking Reference Number)
    • Passenger Contact Number
    • Amount

    • PNR (Booking Reference Number)
    • Passenger Name
    • Passenger Contact Number

  • Select the Account from which payment is to be deducted.
  1. Payment via Online Banking is only available for bookings made via Firefly Call Centre.
  2. The booking must be made at least 5 days before the travel date.
  3. Payment must be made within 48 hours.
  4. A service charge is payable to the bank.

  5. Firefly is not liable for any loss, damages and misgivings arising out or in connection with payment made by customers to the bank or payment acceptance by the bank in respect of Firefly's flight bookings.
Who will use this payment facility?
Customers who wish to make bookings via Firefly Call Centre and make payment by cash.
How can customer make cash payment after the booking?
Customers can make payment via online banking at the following banks:

Bank Islam www.bankislam.com.my
How is the booking process done?
Customers can inform Firefly Call Centre that payment will be made in cash via Online Banking during the booking process. Firefly Call Centre will put the booking on hold and provide the customers with their booking reference (e.g. A55TSA).

What are the terms and conditions on the booking?
The booking must be made at least 5 days before the travel date. Firefly will hold the booking for 48 hours only; customers can make payment via online banking within 48 hours. This payment method is only applicable for non-promotional fares.
What if a customer does not make payment after 48 hours?
Firefly’s reservation system will automatically cancel the booking.
What if a customer still wants the booking after 48 hours?
A customer will need to make a fresh booking, charged at a different fare and subject to availability.
Is there any charge for this service?
Yes, a service charge is payable to the bank.

Will the customer get a receipt after payment?
Yes, bank will return a transaction reference as receipt.
Will the customer get a booking confirmation from Firefly after the payment?
Yes, Firefly will send the customer the itinerary via email on the next day.
What if the customer has paid a different amount than the required payment?
If it is a short payment, Firefly will notify and advise the customer to make payment for the outstanding amount.
If it is an over-payment, Firefly will place the extra amount into a credit shell where the customer can use it for future bookings.
What if the customer wants to cancel the booking after making payment?
All Firefly bookings are not cancellable nor refundable.
