Firefly Biz Zone
We are happy to announce a new service for our corporate customers to enjoy – the Firefly Biz Zone. Located at the Skypark Subang Terminal and the Singapore Budget Terminal, Firefly registered corporate customers now have the convenience of business facilities that includes classy plush sofas, coffee/tea facilities, daily newspaper and leisure reading materials, unlimited Internet services and meeting rooms. As one of our newest effort to increase convenience before and after flight, the Biz Zone aims to offer our corporate customers exclusive usage of facilities without the hassle of rushing off to catch a meeting in town.
GET ACCESS
Guests must first obtain a security access card from our Airport Ticketing Office (ATO) by producing their:
- FY boarding pass (if any)
- FY Corporate Identification (Business card)
- Valid Corporate Identity Card (Staff ID)
Upon obtaining the access card, guests are to sign the guest book before entering the zone. Upon completion of use, guests must return the security access card to the ATO and collect their identification documents.
MEETING ROOMS
Guests are also welcomed to use the meeting rooms' facility upon making a reservation. Reservation can be made with the Station Manager at the details provided below.
Terms and Conditions
- The Firefly Biz Zone and its facilities are open to all registered FY Corporate Passengers.
- All facilities offered at Firefly Biz Zone are on a first come first serve basis except for the use of meeting rooms, where prior booking and confirmation with station managers is required.
- All facilities at the Firefly Biz Zone are self service.
- Guests using the facilities is to ensure proper usage and will be liable for any damage or breakage of the furniture's and fixtures.
- The Firefly Biz Zone is a strictly NO smoking facility.
- The Firefly Biz Zone have a smart/casual dress code and expect reasonable behavior. In particular, the wearing of shorts and/or baseball hats is not accepted. FY reserves the right to refuse admission should the code be violated.
- For security reasons, storage of luggage in the lounge is strictly prohibited for any reason whatsoever. FY will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage items.
- Where children are allowed access, an adult must accompany them at all times.
- No group of eight passengers or more (including groups made on multiple bookings) will be allowed entry to the Firefly Biz Zone, unless prior authorisation has been granted before booking.
- FY Station Manager reserves the right to decline entry if prior authorisation is not given.
